I have always found the best source for keywords come from your main competitors who have experienced success. Find those eBooks that are in your genre or category and see what keywords they have used. You want to try and find eBooks that are of interest to your ideal readers.

Take the time to think how your ideal reader would think when searching for your eBook. Identify what ‘keywords’ your customers are typing into the search engines and online stores and then use these. You will soon find that your readers are typing in generic and descriptive search terms.

Often the best keywords are right in front of you. And this includes reading through the reviews and comments for the bestselling eBooks that are chasing after the same target audience as you. Readers will often review, discuss and describe eBooks in their own words.
